We will work closely with your HR department to create a training program that truly benefits yiur company.
Furthermore, we will make sure all the J-1 visa requirements are fulfilled.
We will process your J-1 visa and issue the form DS-2019.
Training durations are possible between 1 month and 18 months.
Training program monitoring and monthly evaluations are provided.
Requirments for an Intra-company Exchange Program
Requirements for Employees
- The employee has completed a degree and has at least one year of relevant work experience in South Korea OR
- The employee has at least five years of full-time work experience in your company in a specific field.
- The training in the U.S. must directly relate to the previous professional career of the participant.
- The employee has proficient English language skills.
- The duration of your internship is between 1 month and 18 months (exception: tourism, hotel industry, gastronomy – 12 months.)
Requirements for the U.S. Host Company
- Must have at least 3 permanent employees.
- Prepare and comply with the training plan called DS-7002 (will be preparedwith us).
- Provide the company’s tax number (EIN).
- Submit a copy of the Worker’s Compensation Policy (occupational accident insurance).
- Host company can not be a home office.
- With less than 25 employees AND less than $ 3 million annual turnover, a company visit (On-Site Visit) must be completed by us.
